Afoshaa Jalalaa of Harar is a community-based mutual aid association located in Atlanta, Georgia. We are dedicated to building unity, preserving our heritage, and supporting one another through life's milestones and challenges.
Foster Community Unity: Bring the Oromo Harar community in metro Atlanta closer together through common forums, promoting our rich history, culture, and traditions.
Mutual Care & Solidarity: Stand by our members with moral, logistical, and social guidance during times of grief, illness, accidents, unemployment, or hardship.
Support Youth Development: Uplift and empower Oromo youth engaged in community, educational, and cultural activities.
Broader Community Support: Extend moral and financial solidarity to other Oromo organizations and individuals in need.
